We are a property development company building residential property across the.  We have over 15 employees and operate in the Wales.

Our supply chains

Our supply chains include: Consultants, subcontractors and material suppliers. All are based in Wales or the UK.

Our policies on slavery and human trafficking:

We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business.

We have in place systems to:

  • Prohibit discrimination through our Equal Opportunities Policy
  • Prohibit corruption and bribery through our Anti-Corruption and Bribery Policy
  • Enable our workforce to raise concerns through our Grievance Policy and our Anti-Corruption and Bribery Policy

We ensure compliance with all UK legislation in relation to employment of staff and we have zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking.
